Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Genius Copywriting ("we", "us") and any person or entity ("client", "you") purchasing services from geniuscopywriting.com. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

1. Services

We provide digital copywriting services including website copy, brand story, landing pages, email funnels, product copy and ghostwriting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed via our website. Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

3. Project brief

Work starts after receipt of payment and a completed project brief. The quality of deliverables depends on the accuracy and completeness of the brief. A brief accepted in writing is the quality standard against which revisions are assessed.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are stated per package. Timelines begin when the brief is confirmed in writing. Delays caused by the client (late brief, late materials) extend timelines accordingly. See our Delivery Policy.

5. Revisions

One revision round is included in the Spark and Ignite packages. The Genius package includes two revision rounds. A revision round consists of one set of comments addressed against the brief. Additional revision rounds are charged at our hourly rate of €31.75 per hour.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the final delivered copy transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain no rights to the final deliverables. We may retain draft materials for internal quality review purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all project materials and client information as confidential. We do not reference client relationships publicly without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered copy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.
