This policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for services purchased from Genius Copywriting.
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we have started work (before the brief intake call), you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations after work has started are not eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation after work starts
If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed to the point of cancellation at a rate of €31.75 per hour. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Dissatisfaction with deliverables
If the delivered copy does not meet the agreed brief after the included revision round has been completed, we will make additional revisions at no charge until the brief is met. Refunds are not available on the basis of subjective preference if the copy meets the objective brief.
Non-delivery
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline through our fault, you are entitled to a full refund or an agreed extension. Delays caused by the client (incomplete brief, unresponsive communication) do not qualify for refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@geniuscopywriting.com with your order details. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
