Delivery timelines
- Spark package: 5 business days from brief confirmation.
- Ignite package: 10 business days from brief confirmation.
- Genius package: Agreed milestone schedule, typically 4-6 weeks.
- Express 48-hour add-on: 48 hours from brief confirmation (eligible scopes only).
When the timeline starts
The delivery timeline begins when we confirm the project brief in writing. This typically happens within one business day of the intake call. Timelines do not begin from the payment date if the brief has not yet been agreed.
Delivery format
Copy is delivered in DOCX format via email as standard. PDF, Google Docs and plain text formats are available on request at no additional cost. A terminology note documenting key decisions is included for projects over 1,000 words.
Delays
If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you in advance. Delays caused by the client (incomplete brief, late material provision, unresponsive communication) extend the timeline accordingly and do not qualify for compensation. Delays caused by us entitle you to a refund or timeline extension at your choice.
