Website Copywriting

Website copy has about four seconds to hold attention on a new page. In that window, the reader is deciding whether you understand their problem. If the copy sounds generic, they leave. If it is specific and clear, they read on.

We write for the full website: homepage, about, services, case studies, FAQs. Each page has a different job and is structured accordingly. The homepage is not a brochure. The about page is not a history lesson. The services page is not a list of features.

Before writing, we read the competitor pages the reader is also visiting. This tells us what language they are already used to, what claims feel worn out, and where a clear specific statement will stand out.

Delivery is DOCX with content structured per page and section. For bilingual projects, the Spanish version is written for the Spanish reader, not translated from the English.
